Product Information

The JLab GO Air Pop earbuds are wireless Bluetooth earbuds thatcome with a charging case. The earbuds are sweat andwater-resistant, while the case is not. The earbuds have voiceprompts to indicate power on/off, ready to pair, connected, andbattery level. The earbuds also have custom EQ3 sound modes.

Product Usage Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Remove the tab and close the door on the charging case.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "JLab GO Air Pop"in the device's Bluetooth settings to connect.
3. Remove the earbuds from the case. One earbud will blinkblue/white to indicate that it is ready to pair to yourdevice.
4. The voice prompt "You're connected" followed by blinking whitelights will indicate that the earbuds are connected to yourdevice.

To add new or additional Bluetooth devices:

1. Turn off Bluetooth from any previously connected device.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device.
3. Take the earbuds out of the case. The earbuds willautomatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. Select "JLab GO Air Pop" in the new device's Bluetooth settingsto connect.

Button Functions

The left and right earbuds have different button functions:

Custom EQ3 Sound Modes

To change the EQ settings, tap either the right or left earbudthree times. The earbuds will cycle through three EQ settings:

• JLab Signature: JLab C3TM signature sound with amplified bassand vocals
• Balanced: Even sound with no additional enhancements
• Bass Boost: Amplified bass and sub-bass

Charging Earbuds and Case

1. The earbuds will power off when placed in the case and startcharging.
2. The earbuds will automatically power on and connect to yourdevice when removed from the case.
3. The case can be charged by connecting it to a computer or USB5V 1A (or less) output device. A solid blue light indicates thatthe case is fully charged, while a blinking blue light indicatesthat it is charging. A solid red light indicates that the case has100-25% charge, while a red light blinking four times indicatesthat it has less than 25% charge.

Fitting and Quick Tips

Try all ear tips for the best fit and proper seal. Place theearbud in the ear canal and slightly rotate to adjust for the bestfit. Fully dry off the earbuds before putting them in the chargingcase to avoid any damage to the case.

Troubleshooting

If you experience connection failure or the earbuds aredisconnected from each other, follow these manual reset steps:

1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget "JLab GO AirPop" from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Quick tap seven times on one earbud in the charging case. Theearbud will blink blue four times.
3. Quick tap seven times on the other earbud in the charging case.The earbud will blink blue four times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will besolid white, and the other will blink blue/white to indicate thatit is ready to pair to your device.
